Ht. 5'7", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi my name is Lina. I just found this website and it looks really cool! I am a senior in high school, I have been on the swim team for 8 years now. It sucks though because I am always the biggest girl on the team. My goal weight is 145 for now. When I get to that goal I will see if I want to lose a few more pounds! I am also keeping a food journal to keep track of my food I ate everyday. yesterday I ate 1865 cals. So today my goal is 1600. Then 1400. Then 1200. That is how much I want to eat a day 1200. Well good luck to everyone and see ya laterr. ♥

Hi Lina! Well counting cals is god but that's not all you need. You also need exercise and a balanced diet. For the completely easy, permanent weight loss guide, read THE DIET FOR TEENAGERS ONLY, a truly awesome book! It's done wonders for me! <3 Good luck! And don't forget to break your long-term goal (same as mine) into smaller goals!
