Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey ya'll what's up. I really want to lose 5-10 pounds by Christmas. While I'm off of Christmas break which is 2 weeks I like to lose another 4 pounds. So 2 morrow which I'm going to have a plain egg McMuffin from Mc.Donalds. for lunch i'm going to have 100 cal pak, side salad, and Low fat ranch for dressing,water. For snack a special K snack bites. For supper whatever I can find that is healthy. For exericise I will try to do 15 min running for tag, 15 min again for running, then 10-20 min of running and doing other things then 30-60 min of different stuff. I almost 2 weeks to get back down to 169 and I hope to get down to 165. I just hope to work hard. Wish Me luck and Good Luck to the rest of you
