Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ..................... today i had about 1250 calories and went for a 20 min walk/run. i think i ate a bit 2 sugary 2day but ill try better 2morro.... yesterday was my day off and i went to my friends house and every1 was drinking but i didnt cause all that was there was mixed drinks which have heaps of sugar so i only had 1 but i ate heaps of twisties and chips but i also went for a massive walk so yesterday wasnt 2 bad all up ..... weigh in 2morro. i think i did pretty good this week so im hoping for 2 lbs lost and then ill b under 160! WOW how exciting :] ... hope every1 is doing really good and staying strong ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - These past couple days have been horrible. All I have done is binge and yeah I am just really frustrated with myself. I just need to get back on track ugh i feel so gross! Sorry its just I feel like I've thrown all my hard work away! Well so I'm making a vow to myself to write down everything I eat (for me that just makes it seem real) and work out everyday no matter what, even if I am super busy b/c that is just an excuse.
