Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ................... i didnt lose anything this week :( lame but i probably didnt eat the best foods even though i ate 1200 ish calories it really makes a difference wat the foods r. i also only exercise 5/7 days thiss week so itll b bak to everyday. :( i really wanted to b under 160 this week . o well. good luck 2 everybody ♥
