Ht. 5'4", Start: 139 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 118 lb - okay you guys this is my first time here. i really really want to loose weight like seriously. okay i want to be 118 and i just got on my diet last week .and im not going to check in my weight until its officially 15 days. so this is how i want to loose weight.
november 8 pounds.. 155 pounds. because when you first start you loose really quick. then december 6 pounds. 149 pounds. as you can tell im going slower now. january 6 pounds. 143 pounds. then february 6 pounds. 137 pounds. march 6 pounds. 131 pounds. now im going to do 5 pounds. 126 pounds. and take it down a notch. so i don't have to gain this weight back. by taking it slow. april 5 pounds. 121 pounds. then may 3 pounds. 118 pounds. then im goood to go ima have 45 pounds off. leaving me at 118 pounds. and this is working hard. that would be 8 MONTHS. my doctor said thats good if i stick to the plan. and he said maybe even less time. SO WHAT DO YA THINK OF THIS ?
and do you guys have any workouts for my lower belly and butt.

that sounds really good and achevable if u stick to it u will definatly lose weight. running is good 4 ur stomach and but :]
