Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi everyone I was wondering so I want to lose about 5 pnds in 2 weeks bc there's this halloween party I'm invited to but like I don't want to wear something kinky bc tht won't look good on me lol if I was skinnier I'd prolly wear something like tht but yeah I want something sexy but not overshowing me I was thinking like a short black dress with bunny ears like something tht will look nice if u have any ideas tht will suit my body please tell me !

Ht. 5'5", Start: 254 lb, Today: 254 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Alright everybody, I have come to a decision. It is time to stop messing around and start to get to it! I am going to go back on my diet tomorrow, and I am going to start my long path to lose those 104 pounds! I have faith in myself and I can do it. But you guys are gunna have to help me along the way, I need all the support I can get. I'll post messages on the bulletin board every day telling how I did, and every Monday I am going to weigh myself. I am going to drink ONLY water, nothing else! I will have 1300-1400 calories a day, and I will lose weight! I am pretty exited to get started. :] kk well Respond with tips or anything PLEASE! Thanks guys! ♥

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 170 lb - yay my audtions went greate and i made the all city chours anit that cool well the diet has bine going ok but i've bine eating a little to much in lunch time i think since it's healthy and mom cooks alot of it (Spainsh mothers lol) i take advantge but that's really not good well my mom is going to put me in the gym hopefully soon

Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 246 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So.. in just a few days i've lost 4 lbs.. the thing is i JUST started my period today..(sorry guys hah) and i feel oh so bloated. i've been drinking tons of water so i know i've retained most of it BUT i'm still down 4 lbs? I thought we were supposed to gain 4-6 pounds during this time? hmmm i wonder. anywho even though im craving sweets soo bad, im sticking to my regular diet. this is what i have planned for today. light yogurt + apple for breakfast. sandwhich + 2 egg whites for lunch snack - maybe another peice of fruit? dinner small peice of breast meat chicken, grilled and a salad with lemon on top instead of dressing. it's hard, but i'm losing and slowly getting into the cycle, i kind of like the fact that im not eating as much or what i ate before, i dont even have chest problems anymore... good luck to everyone i know you can do it <333 please tell me how you think im doing with the food!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey guys... i guess i just want a little insight as to whether or not how i ate was good... because no matter what i feel like i ate too much.. i just started running again and i ran yesterday so today i was to tired to run but i did situps and i might play ddr if i can get it to work. anywho today i had a light yogurt and an apple for breakfast. for lunch i had 2 egg whites and lean turkey on wheat bread with lettuce and mustard only. for a snack i had this small chicken mix thing with crackers which i only ate half of so that came out to 150 cals. for dinner im having subway, turkey + wheat and no mayo.. and maybe the baked chips.. maybe... plus 3 or 4 water bottles... what do you guys think?
