Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Hey everyone i know i siad i would be back in a week but i have this video that i downloaded in limewire that is very good it called ZUmba and if you guys have limwire you can downloaded it it's in spanish but you can look at the moves b4 you try itand i'm really mad at myself bcuz i had cake for breakfast but starting right now it's a new me and i'm gooding to take my own addvice and show everyone that made fun of me that i can do this that's the motivation i used last time and it worked i really want to lose weight and i'm going to do it so hope i help someone out there and wish me luck

Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 110 lb - ok so like im new here and im really glad that i found this sight because all my friends are like really skinny and 2 of them actually want to gain weight which is really frustrating i think i spelled that wrong. but anaway i relly want to lose like 30 or 40 lbs by like dec. 15 or christmas dec. 15 cause its my b-day so i was doing really good and i lost like 10 lbs in like a week then something happened and i went back to my old ways for a week like saying ill start the diet tomarrow and well whats one day of binging ive got like 3 mths well ive been chubby since i was like 8 and when i moved i gained because i used to get really really depressed i still do sometimes well im glad i have people to talk to who are actually going what im going through and ill try to keep you all updated cause i just said alot!! so ttyl good luck to you all :)

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Well today was pretty ugh...yeah here goes (B)Nothing because i woke up at 1:00 (L) Coco Puffs, Toast, OJ (D) 3 Chicken Strips, a lil mac and cheese, Skim Milk and some of my mom's homemade apple crisp...yum Oh and then I just had some asparagus but thats ok. I didn't do any workout today tho but oh well i need one day off. Hmmm tomorrow is the start of a new week! Yay! I always hate the weekends cuz I get off! I have lost 5 lbs this week, pretty tight, 9 more til my first mini goals! Stay Strong everyone!

Well, the thing is, I started my official diet Wednesday and did fine on it for a couple of days so I decided to weigh myself and I already had lost 5 pounds!!!! YAY!!! So that was Friday and all weekend I spent with my friends and I did HORRIBLE on my diet! So I weighed myself to see what the Damage was, and I Still Weighed what I did when i lost 5 pounds! YES!! Im So happy, but I've GOT to get back on my diet tomorrow. :] kk well PLEASE respond with tips cuz those are always good, or anything else. Bye guys. ♥♥ Jillian!

ok so tomorrow i will totally start my diet for real it's kind of embarencing to say it so many times but now my mom said she's going to put me in a gym and i'm going to start a diet that i made up and if it doesn't work i'll move on but i'm going to try it for 1 week and see how it goes so see u guys next sunday and i'll tell ya how it went good work everyone and for those haveing a hard time just keep getting back up and trying trust me something has to work..good luck

Ht. 5'1", Start: 130 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Alright I am ready. Today was officially the last total indulgence day. I am going to eat normal and not count calories starting tomorrow. I am going to exercise good and not deprive or overeat. I am soo motivated I hope it lasts. I am ready to weigh 100 lbs. I cant count calories because it makes me hungry and insane by the way. I am going to attempt 45 minutes on the exercise bike right now. Tomorrow I am going to attemp 30-45 mins of that. A 40 min. walk up and down hills, and a 45 min cardio pilates video. Wish me luck I need it!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - So i went down 2 lbs since yesterday (179.6) and i weighed myself like 12 times just to make sure. But it makes since because I did super good with my intake and ran more then usual plus I went out last night and had a little to much to drink and got super sick. So this morning I am really dehydrated but i'm just chugging water. Well i will update later I have so much hw, midterms this week....ugh. Stay Strong!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 345 lb, Today: 312 lb, Goal: 290 lb - okay, so, I haven't been doing too well on the homefront. I've been overeating, and not enough excersize. but, I hope to change all of that. I haven't gained much weight, I have been staying pretty steady at 314, butm I started excersizing again, and checked this morning, low and behold 312! it made me feel sooo good. I hope to lose at least 30-40 pounds by next june. I feel it is a reasonable goal.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ...................... right now im wearing a pair of boxers that i bought last summer and they were like pretty tight on me but now they r like hanging off me lol they r like super big now :P i never really think i look that different from when i was 200 lbs but i guess cuase u c urself every day u dont notice change ova time but seriously wow these pants r really too big whereas they were way 2 small b4 :P weigh in 2morro morning! i cahnged it 2 2moro and not 2day cause i ate a really big dinner last night so i wanted to b not so full. ♥

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - so for like 2 weeks i just havent cared, i just eat whatever i want whenever i want, but i try to watch. havent really exercised. surprisingly ive lost like 1-2 pounds (i guess because i was eating so little my metabolism was shut down) so i was on youtube looking at weght loss before and afters and now im motivated again. i just want to be at my goal weight by my 19th birthday, which is january 17th so that when i go to the bar for the first time i can feel confident and wear something nice and have a blast! so basically, thats 3 months to lose 20 pounds

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I lost 2 pounds since Wednesday. Which is surprising because I ate really bad but. I went on a camping trip and we walked for like an hour, then 30 min, then an hour of playing and walking, and then we walked for like 30 more min. Both days were like 2 hours each day. I really want to lose 5 pounds this month
