Ht. 5'10", Start: 250 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay so i am writing a quick message before school. Here are some tips for everyone out there. If you're bored and "think" you are hungry, you're really not. Dont eat something when you have nothing better to do. Chew on a piece of gum. Gum always helps when you feel the need to eat. Get a really good kind that you want to chew on forever. It will help you realize if you're really hungry or if its just boredom. Another thing.....Everyone tends to eat popcorn at movies or even at home while watching a movie. Again you can always chew gum or if you think you can handle it take a few pieces. get your own little bowl or container and limit yourself to what you eat. You can always enjoy any foods but as a small portion. Remember to make smart choices and to work out because work outs are the important parts of a diet/lose weight. If you're bored go for a run. Or if you're even stressed out, run. It sounds stupid but it actually helps and gets your self esteem up to know you did something right. Before/ after you eat go for a run around the block or a few times up and down the street. It will alwayshelp. If any of you guys need tips in particular ask me i am always willing to help people. just put BIANCA really big in your bulletin and I am willing to answer.
