Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok so i went shopping today and i fit into size 11 Yay barely but it is a start:) so this week ive decided to start waking up 1/2hour early to workout in this book called toning for teens it is a pretty easy diet but the workout uses weights which is kinda hard for me cause i am so tired in the morning but since daylight savings is coming it will be sooo much easier. and im going to try to walk 1/2 mile every day no matter how i do it if it s for pe thats ok but if i don't have a chance to do that then im going to do it at home + my mom is going to get me a gym membership to curves so ill be doing that about 4 times a week so i kno i will start getting thinner not neccesserily losing weight but loseing inches.GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not losing weight but I'm also losing inches I lost another 6 1/2 inches. I where varios sizes,like 12,15,13,14, different sizes

thats awesome! i fit into an 11 too now :) almost a 10 but im getting there lol good luck:)
