Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 165 lb - i work at a convenience store so it's really hard not to give in to all of the chocolate that's literally sitting right in front of me, but i controlled myself today! i ate eggs for breakfast, pasta and salad for dinner with a yogurt and then i had a pepperette and a littttle handful of chips at work. im pretty sure i was under 1400 calories, but hey what can u do, that's not a bad thing in my opinion. i think the scale is finally going down again, i weighed myself this morning and it said 194, but ill check again in the morning to make sure thats really what it is lol i know i could beat this plateau, but it's too hard to find time to work out, i wake up at 7 and go to school, then come home, eat dinner, go to work until 11pm and come home (to check blubberbusters of course:) ) so i dont really have time. but i do walk to and from work most days, its only a 10 minute walk but that adds up to 20 mins so its not bad. sorry im rambling on, good luck everyone and i wanna congratulate Jeimi on losing weight, i remember her stressing about controling herself but she's lost like 14 pounds so WOOHOO Jeimi! :) good luck everyone!
