Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 120 lb - do u guys think i can lose lose 80 pounds by august i wanna go to running camp again next year and look realy good. i'm asking becuase i heard of alot of people who lose 50 in like 3 years and i wanna lose weight not fast bcuz u can't lose weight fast but u know... so wat do u guys think if not how much do u guys think i could lose?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 132 lb - ..................... i went for an hour walk yesterday on my treadmill :D i was watching oprah(lol) and i put the treadmill in front of the tv and just walked the entire time! i didnt even relise how long i was going 4! i ment to only go 4 30mins but then i was 2 focused so ii just kept going lol. u guys should all try it if u have any exercise machine. im going to do it again 2morro :D ps im so cold i dont kno if ill run this arvo but i did walk home from school so its not like no exercise :P i dont get this friggen weather!! its supposed to b spring and its rainy and freezing!!!!!!!♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'3", Start: 189 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 100 lb - Hey yall i just need some advice ok so i just starting running at least 30+ a day listening to my ipod helps and ive been drinking water now instead of pop and eating more fruits and vegetables i need to loose at least 20 lbs in the next 3 months do you yall think i can do it? any body have more adivice for me?! also i have stomach fat on my lower stomach its like a pouch will that go down? and also my inner thighs have like 2 inched of fat will that go down too? and my face i have the biggest cheeks! will that also as well go down?! ahh i hope thanx yall 3

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok, i lost some more weight! yay! but i lost it kindof fast and have some extra skin that makes me stll look the same in my stomach. how long does it take for extra or loose skin to tighten up to ur body? its really bothering me cuz i would look skinnier if it was tighter and it does no look really good. ab exercises arent helping to tighten it.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Does anybody here watch The Biggest Loser? I LOVE that show..it's such a big inspiration and I really wish Bob was my trainer ;). Anyway...if you don't watch it, you should! It's really something amazing and the weight loss and the stories are incredible. It's coming on tonight Channel 4, 9:00 pm, it's the season premiere (though it really stars Sept 4). I'm so excited!! I love this show:)!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I want to lose 30 pounds by Christmas but no matter what I do I can't get below 170 it's been like this for 2 months now and it's making me mad. How can I get below 170. PLease help I ate like 1500 calories. And I did a 30 min walk and a 14 min soccer plus I'm gonna do 10 more min. I usually eat less though. PLease HELP ME

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - this message is for Kayli. to answer ur question it took me about 3 months to lose 30lbs. i had a steady loss of about a pound or two a week, and its just because i wasnt eating as much as i used to, i didnt exercise much. but now i'm paying for it because my weight loss has slowed down a lotttt so now im trying to get way more exercise in there. it's fairly easy if you dont think about it too much, i find as soon as i TRY hard to lose weight, it becomes more difficult. basically, my advice to anyone would be just go with the flow and don't let this whole weightloss thing interupt your life and consume your entire mind. good luck :)
