Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - K i'm really pissed. i've been doing so good lately, and the scale won't budge unless its going UP!! maybe i gained some muscle because i was doing strength training for a couple of days and my body isnt used to it, and my muscles havent been worked that hard in a while. i feel bigger but the scale is the same. maybe im bloated from just having that time of the month. oh well i'm going to keep doing good, less strength training more aerobic activity and maybe i'll see a difference. good luck everybody :)
