Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey yall! how do u guys think i did?? i ate kind of decent until this evening but newho: breakfast-bowl of sliced strawberries and banana(no added sugar) i kno this wasnt alot but i got up late. then bout 11 i had a bag of kettle corn that i shared w/ my bf before our classes. it was one of those 100 calorie bags of popcorn..there bout half of normal bags. then for lunch i had turkey on a wheat bun with lettuce and tomato...then for dinner i had chipotle...burrito bol...but w/ no cheese or sourcream and i didnt eat it all. i also had some sliced peppers and dipped them in a small amount of fat free sour cream.
for exercise i went to the rec-biked 12-13 mins did some weights and crunches and then walked on an incline on the treadmill on a high walk speed for 12 mins.
so did i do ok besides the chipotle..o and i had some soft serve ice cream....

i always do ok until night time :/ but ur doing good dont let it get u down :D
