Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Ok, so I'm really mad at myself. When I was younger I used to be so skinny, now I'm such a fat hog. I absolutely hate being fat. It sux. It makes me feel so stupid when I am around a bunch of my friends who are all extremely skinny, then I am so fat. I hate it. Does anyone have any advice on how to lose it?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 140 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 100 lb - i try to lose weight but i just impossible im addicted to food i can stick to a diet wen people pick on me i eat loads which is ever day i eat like 4000 calories a day i'd got loads of stretch marks and i hate it. i look huge and i hate it i have gained 0lbs this year help me plzzzzzzzzz

Ht. 5'6", Start: 220 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I really myself right now. I am so confused about my weight. I have an amazing gurlfriend named Tori but I'm scared she we will leave me soon. It doesnt seem like she cares anymore because I was gainging weight. So I decided I nedded to change and i exercised everyday over the summer, and have lost 26 pounds. It went by fast but I dont think i can do it anymore. I mean I would like myself better if poeple didnt tease me about my weight. It's not right to do it and i hope things go better when school starts.......:O

Ht. 5'7", Start: 293 lb, Today: 293 lb, Goal: 175 lb - im kinda bummed... first day back at school was thursday and i was hopign to lose 20 lbs over the summer and have people tell me i lost weight but i gained 20 lbs and now people tease me about being fat. I really didnt knowingly try to gain i just got lazy and by the end of the summer none of my clothes fit anymore- please help what shoudl i do about people making fun of me

Ht. 5'4", Start: 179 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 137 lb - Yea, so i gained 2 pounds @ my weigh in this week, i was hoping to be 168 by the time school starts, and thats in 3 days and im only at 173 ( but was at 171). I guess it just wont happen.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - today we ae having a cookout/party at my house with some of my relatives and i am probably going to eat steak and corn for a meal and brownie mud pie icecream for dessert. my mom is making me eat the icecream. it does look really good but i know that when i have some, im going to get ALOT more and binge on it cuz thats what i do every time i eat icecream. my mom might make grilled chicken and im gonna try to eat that instead of steak. im just worried how im gonna totally screw up and eat alot of the icecream. oh well. i guess im just gonna have to make up for it tomarrow. we also have a (small) pool so i guess i will just go swim in it and make up for it.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok today i woke up eary to go shopping with my mom so i could not eat breakfast(i couldnt even grab a drink or something little to eat) so when i came home, i was so hungry that i just ate whatever i could get. so now its only 1:57 and i already are 975 calories! i binged soo bad cuz i was sooo starved! i have been doing that alot lately and my weight is going up. its like, no matter how much i eat or even what i eat, i feel sooo starved and eat more and after i can eat the healthy food, its straight to the cookies and icecream. right now im still starving but i trying not to eat and when we went shopping, my mom bought brownie mud pie icecream and these giant chocolate chip cookies which i swear are about 65% chocolate chip and 35% percent cookie and they are so good. i already rached for a cookie and might go for the icecream too.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I HATE IT WHEN THE SCALE FLUCTUATES!!!! i was 194 yesterday, today im 200. that makes no sense. but i think its because im retaining water because i havent been drinking enough and i ate a lot of salty food yesterday, plus i just ate and drank so my stomach is full. oh well i dont look any bigger so im still happy. and im going out of town for the weekend with my boyfriend and we'll be doing lots of walking on the trails so im pretty sure when i get home the numbers will have moved down. god i cant wait until im at my goal weight. about 2 - 2.5 more months to go. i usually lose about 8-10 pounds a month. good luck everyone

Ht. 5'6", Start: 210 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 145 lb - ...so I am Cassandra and have been dieting for about 3 Weeks when i found out a parent has type 2. so we are dieting together which helps. we have been counting callories and we both got pedometers. I recently went to band camp for a week with school and we marched around 6 hours a day, which got me motivated to exercise more. we also recently got DDR and I have played that for nearly an hour a day since we got it a week ago. I do get disappointed when I weigh myself seeing little or no weight difference. It is my senior year at school and I want to make the best of it by becoming healthier and feeling more comfortable with my body.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey Everyone! I still haven't picked up my scale so I don't have a new current weight. I did pretty good yesterday tho. I went to the gym and this guy I'm really into was there and he came over and talked to me while I was running :) He makes me melt. But I ran for a half hour and did really good in the morning but I have this horrible habit of just munching in the afternoon after I'm done with classes while I'm doing homework. Anyone got some good tips for that? I feel good tho, idk about anyone else but I lose weight in specific areas in a specific order. Like I lose my tummy first-and thats pretty flat on its own- then my legs and then my butt and hips. But my tummy is super flat today so that excites me! Well good luck everyone, I gotta get heading to class! Think positively!

To start, my name is Daniqua, I am 5'6'', 180 pounds, and attempting to lose forty pounds. School starts on September 3rd and since August 15 (One Week), I have been dieting, as well as exercising. I have not weighed myself and I am not planning to, until September 3rd. I eat healthful, consume a gallon of water a day, and exercise for one hour six times a week. For my diet, I eat an apple, an orange, a banana, a cup of milk, and a cup of orange juice for breakfast. Then, for dinner, I eat two slices of whole wheat bread, one slice of American cheese, two slices of tomato, and one can of tuna fish, mixed with two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
