Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - yay the scale went back down to 195. thank god, i was worried i had somehow gained 5 lbs just from eating cheesies one night with my boyfriend, i guess i was retaining water. i'm so proud of myself though because my boyfriend told me this weekend how great i looked, and my mom keeps telling me how thin i'm getting. when i sit down i don't have all this fat hanging over my pants anymore, i still have fat there but its so much flatter its amazing. i don't have to suck it in all the time and when i see myself in mirrors or windows when walking down the street, sometimes i have to look twice to make sure that's me im seeing. it's a really amazing feeling and im sure itll get even better once i lose the rest of it! good luck everyone

it took me about 3 months, i started getting really into it at the beginning of June, and up to date i've lost 30 lbs. i wish it would go faster but then i think about it and time goes by so fast that 8-10 pounds a month seems great. all i did was only allow myself a certain amount of calories a day and drink diet soda instead of juice and regular soda, and some water too. id rather taste aspartame than know im consuming like 200 calories just from a drink. i havent had to work at this very much, i just eat when im hungry and not when im not hungry. the weight is coming off easily for me, it may not for some people. i barely even exercise lol
