Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Is popcorn ok to snack on? Because my mom bought these 100 calorie microwavable bags...so are they ok for a snack? And what about popsicles or creamsicles w/ no sugar added? Thety are only 25 calories for one bar. I mean I know fruits and stuff are better for you but are those ok a couple times a week?

100 calorie popcorn is great as long as the saturated and trans fat content doesn't make up much of the total fat content. I would say no to the sugar free stuff because those snacks offer no nutritional value and the artificial sweeteners they use wreck havoc on your body. Real fruit has more calories but also has "nutrition density" meaning it has fiber, vitamins, and minerals to offer, so it is in fact a healthier choice. ^_^

definately, go for it. i eat whatever the heck i want i just don't go over my calories for the day and the weight comes off. to be honest i barely eat fruits and veggies, only when my mom cooks them for supper. i eat pizza pockets, bread, chocolate, chips, anything i want, i just don't go overboard. and definately go for it if they only have that little bit of calories! that's awesome.. where did you get them anyways i want to get some too lol
