Ht. 5'2", Start: 165 lb, Today: 153 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Me and 7 friends are playing this game. Each week we each put in 10 dollars for 13 weeks. And every Saturday we are going to weigh ourselves and fill in a chart. At the end of it whoever lost the most weight gets the $1040. This is a great way to be motivated to lose weight so try it with your friends.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok so i'm makeing a big change i'm not going to eat any meat starting right now i'm going to give up meat forever i think that will help me to eat more healthy stuff well what do u guys think would that help me lose weight jus a little bit faster?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 200 lb - ok so u guys helped me with my jump rop problem now i need u guy shonest opinion do u guys think that if i try my hardest that i could lose all the weight i want and become really good at running i'm not going to run like a pro i no that but really good 4 next summer because i want to keep up with the other kids at camp . So please tell me wat u guys think and what i should do to lose weight as fast as possible for runninr. Thank You Guys For Helping Me!!

Ht. 163 cm, Start: 89 kg, Today: 78 kg, Goal: 65 kg - iv always faced being overweight, but this summer i went to a weight loss camp in england. I gained so much confidence, iv found a boyfriend who likes me for who i am. the best thing this summer was seeing other overweight teens enjoying themselves and smiling, this was the best feeling ever! i hope to lose 12 more pounds to be my ideal weight    (Note: 163 cm, 78 kg is 5'4", 171 lb.)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok i'm going to chinese i'm just gonna have a helping of brocli and chicken, fried rice, honey chicken,. and other stuff. Then for supper i'm gonna eat a sandwhich and probly 100 cal pak and water. For exercise i'm gonna do about 30 min of soccer, maybe a 30 min walk, a 10 min walk with kicking the soccer ball, and something else. So how did I do today

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ..................... wooohoo i lost 2 pounds instead of my goal of 1 :D :D i went 4 a run after i just woke up and i feel so great :D hehe i think i actually may be able to do this :D ...... BUT YEA can u guys tell me wat u think of my new exercise PLAN: 20 min run/walk 2/3 mornings a week, and 20/30 min run/walk 5/6 afternoon/nights a week .... i also walk home from school and thats like 20 mins but i walk pretty slow so its not really counted as a cardio work out but yea :D well im off to have a bana for breakfast :D have a great day every1 ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 175 lb - well i did pretty good today considering the past couple of days i've been letting loose and eating whatever i want. i ate 1230 calories today and power walked to and from work. i feel good. hopefully i lose about 2-3 pounds this week, i'm going to try really hard.
I hate pleateaus, i've been steadily losing weight for the past 3 months, now it won't budge!! but ill give it some time and drink more water which i've been slacking on lately lol good luck everyone, and good job you all rock!
