Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 144 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys, I was wondering what size jeans everyone wears in the juniors department at your current height and weight. I know you can't compare your body type to others, but I'm still just curious. So for me: I'm 5'5, weigh 133lbs(the site won't let me post it though), and wear a size 7 jeans. What about you guys?

I wish I had a special secret to how I lost the weight, but unfortunately, I don't. One improtant thing is to not beat yourself up over dieting. I didn't kill myself with exercise, because I knew I would not be able to keep with it for the rest of my life if it was too intense. I still do walking as my main source of cardio, and I've had great results with it. You don't have to exercise 2 hours a day at a high intensity to lose weight and be healthy. I find it's important to incorpate a treat once in awhile. Every Sunday, I allow myself to have whatever I want for dinner. That doesn't mean I slack off the rest of the day. I still eat a healthy breakfast and lunch, but having that treat meal really helps me stay on track the rest of the week. I also remind myself that I'm a kid, and I need to enjoy being one while I still can, meaning it's okay to have some of the not-so-healthy foods with my friends, just not all the time. The last thing I have to say is that you all need to make sure you're getting enough calories. So many people here eat less than 1200 a day. We're still growing! Some doctors would argue that we should go NO LOWER than 1600 a day, but please try to eat at least 1300. You'll actually be a lot happier and feel better if you do. Trust me...a while back, I went way too low with my calories, I didn't even realize how low I went. I became so tired all the time(barely had the energy to do anything) and began to get dizzy when I stood up. I realized how badly I was hurting my body, and increased my calories. I feel so much better now that I'm eating a healthy amount of calories each day. Well, I could go on and on, but I hope what I did say was slightly helpful to someone. Good luck, guys!

i'm 5'8 195lbs and a size 13 but they're too big, so probably a size 12

I'm 5'2 weigh 170 and size 13 jeans but their are getting to big so probly size 11 or 12
