You can still be a vegetarian if you want to but remeber to eat plenty of nuts, fish and especially soy or tofu based products!!

Cutting out meat isn't healthy. It is VERY difficult to be a healthy vegetarian. I was a vegetarian for 4 yrs and I was very unhealthy. I filled up on non-nutritious starchy things...like pasta, pizza, chips, cookies, etc....and not NEAR enough protein. I think you should not go veg, just cut down on red meat and eat more lean meats. It's important to get enough protein. & yeah good luck with your fat loss. =]

meat has protein. Don't give it up. You can't lose weight "fast" unfortunately. It didn't take you 1 day to gain all the weight...so it won't take you 1 day to lose it. You have to eat healthy and exercise and that is the only way to lose weight in a gradual healthy process. Try eating every 2-3 hours, it'll speed up your metabolism.
