Ht. 5'5", Start: 217 lb, Today: 217 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hey Everyone, I need some of Help!! I am 17 & 217 pounds,I would like to lose some weight,but not sure what are some Healthy foods and Snacks,and How much Exercise i should be getting! i plan on brisk walking for exercise,but dont kno how many miles i should do?? any Tips,advice or Weight loss stories (this is for inspiration),would be really helpful!
