Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 150 lb - some one did a post on The Biggest Loser and boy did that show motivate me there are people who lost 100 pounds. well i stated a workout plan i'm going to walk in ma tredmill on everday for 30 mins and dance for 30 mins after that sit ups and stuff to make me tight well guys my goal is to lose 80 pounds by august wish me luck. o and by the way i gave up meat i haven't had meat in like 4 days i feel the same but i will start to eat way more vegies witch i've started by eating salad so guy wish me luck i sure do wish u guys luck.
