Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 115 lb - k every1.. i HAVe muscle.. i also have fat, i dont need 2 gain ny more muscles.. i just need 2 burn fat!! anybody have any fat burning exercises for lovehandels and thighs? PS idk how much i weigh! last time i weighed myself.. last novemember.. we dont have a scale and that was @ school for check up thing..
