Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Aww man I totally did what i promised my self i wouldnt do!! So today i went to NY and we ate out for lunch and dinner. I knew I was going to be eating dessert at dinner so ate lighter during the morning and for lunch I had a ceasar salad w/ out crutons but w/ 1 tablespoon of ceasar dressing and some parmesian cheese. I knew it was a bad idea to eat so little cuz breakfast was only a couple spoons of yogurt and cottage cheese but I didnt trust myself. So when we had dinner I was starving and ate my entire plate of 2 chicken fillets (big fillets!!) w/ .lots of veggies in like a super light tomato sauce. Then I had a Napolean and a banana for dessert! Naploeans are monster desserts like huge and I ate all mine its like custarda nd bread! And bananas have like 100 calories in them. Plus I had a salad w/ balsamic vinegarette dressing as an appetizer, along w/ 3 hard breadstick pretzel things and 2 bread slices, w/out butter. I am sooo mad cuz if I had eaten more during the day I wouldnt have been as hngry at diner and could have eaten way better. I guess Ill restart tomorrow but I cant keep having these days and restarted cuz pretty soon it will go frm like once a week maybe 2 like every day :(
