Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok i'm going to chinese i'm just gonna have a helping of brocli and chicken, fried rice, honey chicken,. and other stuff. Then for supper i'm gonna eat a sandwhich and probly 100 cal pak and water. For exercise i'm gonna do about 30 min of soccer, maybe a 30 min walk, a 10 min walk with kicking the soccer ball, and something else. So how did I do today

your like me i love chinese but fried rice is very high in fat so if ur getting chinese get boiled rice thats what i always do anyway let me know how u get on
