Ht. 5'2", Start: 239 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 200 lb - ok so u guys helped me with my jump rop problem now i need u guy shonest opinion do u guys think that if i try my hardest that i could lose all the weight i want and become really good at running i'm not going to run like a pro i no that but really good 4 next summer because i want to keep up with the other kids at camp . So please tell me wat u guys think and what i should do to lose weight as fast as possible for runninr. Thank You Guys For Helping Me!!

well Ella if i could my ultimate goal is 120 i know it's possible but i'm the type to give up diets fast so i'm takeing running as a motivation a reason for me to lose weight.

What's your ultimate goal? I know most runners who I know (I ran track my freshman and sophomore year . Plus my bff runs college track) are built based on their event. Most distance runners a very slim. I think though that you can be good and not tiny but if you want to stop at 200 that's not usually a runner's build.
