Hi, everyone, for obvious reasons we r all here: we want to lose weight. Being fat and being a teenager is hard. So you decided you want to lose weight right? here are some helpful guidelines and clarifications: When you weigh yourself before you eat and then weigh yourself after you eat and lets say you weigh 1 1/2 pounds more, don’t fret it does not count! Cutting back on what you eat is good but don’t starve yourself!!!!! You actually have a better chance of gaining weight than losing it when you starve yourself. Eat breakfast!!! Eating a good breakfast is soooooooo important to losing weight, it get your inner furnace going so that you burn off some calories that you eat. Some people say that it makes them feel like they r going to throw up when they eat in the morning, that’s because you ate to close to bed time last night, try to stop eating around 6:30, if you have dinner later than that that’s okay just try to stop eating around 7:30, if you get hungry after dinner drink some water and go do some excersing, if your still hungry make yourself a bowl of air popped popcorn with NO butter or salt, personally I like mustard on mine (it grosses some people out but i like the taste). Be sure to drink lost of water throuout the hole day and during meals, cut back on soda only drink 1 or 2 a week at the max. Also before you go to bed every night wash your face no matter how tired or sick you are, you can use some hand soap and suds it up on your face and rinse it with water of wipe it off with a wash cloth try to do this in the morning also Because when yur skinny again you want your face to be clean and clear right?. its also good if you try to get your heart going in the morning maybe doing some stretches or jogging, just do something that get you breathing harder than normal. You guys i am not preaching here, I am just sharing wut I have learned over the years. I am currently on a Lifestyle change myself, its a hard journey but stick with it, it may take a while but, you'll be happy with the end results! Lizzy H. There have been a few questions about spot reducing(losing fat from a certain body part, like say your inner thighs or losing fat from your upper arms), and I thought I'd shed some light on the subject: Truth is, you can't spot reduce. Everybody is different. Some lose all their weight from their stomach, others their arms, legs etc. Others lose weight overall. You can't choose where you want to lose weight..it just doesn't work out like that. You can probably tone up by lifting weights and stuff like that, but it is impossible to choose where you want to lose weight. Sorry if that was confusing! :)

hey i'm so happy, i ran 5 miles today.. 2 1/2 one way to the 7 eleven to get a power bar and then i ran 2 1/2 back home. to anyone who wants to get in shape.. try running to some store and once u've reached ur goal of getting there, then reward urself with a healthy treat!

i hate it how i'll start off a day thinking that i'll go for a work out and eat really healthy foods, and then i just end up laying around the house eating random things because i don't feel like doing anything. i know that i can't keep expecting to lose weight if i just do nothing all day. does anyone else do this too? it just pisses me off haha

sicki need help i just ate two heaping bowls of these pretzels at my frineds house.. except they were the ranch kind .. i think they're made with butter, ranch powder, garlic, and salt. Yeah. wow anyone know how mnay fat/ cals that was? my weight went up 5 lbs after that.. i wonder if it was just water weight.. but woops they were so good
