if you do an hour of running/jogging/walking for about 5 times a week for 3 months would you lose weight? and about how much would you lose if you ran that amount and ate healthy, did dance for 2 hrs one day (not the same day as running) and some other areobic activities for a 1/2 (same day as running) and if i did this would i be able to go from 142 to 115 by the end of march if i started this today? plz respond thx a lot....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
