hey everyone im 13 and im 140 and about 5ft 1 in and i want to be 110. i guess i have been reading everyones ,essages and it makes me think that i really can loseweight if i really set my mind to it its just i always say im gunna eat right and exercize and i do for like 2 day and then i dont. if anybody has a good diet plan i would love to hear form ya. i could really use everybodys help and support.

hey, its kristi again i dont know what to do i cant lose the weight ive tried i run 2-5 miles a day and i play basketball practice almost everyday...ive gained a pound i know it might be muscel but i get embaressed from my weight not how i look...whats some ideas to let the scale go down... i wanna be able to look good for spring break when i go to florda and i wanna be able to feel good about myself...

NOTICE TO EVREYONE!!!!! IF your going to try to lose weight your going to have to start thinking positivley. you cant bring yourself down. if you did bad one day dont go in slf pitty. jus try harrder the next day.I'm starting to see post where people get mad at there self. think good thoughts if u eat fatty foods think of it as a treat not as a result to call yourself a failure. thx JARRED

I have been eating eggs,french toast w/ syrup/ confectioners sugar and milk, apple / orange juice , and a little piece of cheese and chocalate for the past week is that healthy?

hello, most of you girls are looking for running and walking 2 make you lose weight, but infact dancing helps you burn more cals. so next time just turn the radio on and dance to your own toon. it might sound stupid but its fun and healty well luv yeah all bye

Hey, I am down to 149.5, and I havent been less than 150 in over a year. For those who dont know me, my heighest weight was 170, but I have stayed between 155 and 162 for like 5 months. So this is a huge excitement for me. I am really loving exercise. I love my gym, it has a pool and everything. I love the steam room, and sauna, then jumping in the pool is heaven. I only did it once, which was yesterday, but I want to do it at least a couple of times a week, but still do my cardio everyday I can. Which I have been doing. The hardest part is definetely eating, but I am really getting the hang of it. I want to be 130 by the middle of february which is when my birthday is. My main goal is 120. I wanted to be there by christmas, but I didnt have much motivation. Now I have alot, and I am in the state of mind, that I want this, I have worked to hard, and failed too many times, to give up anything soon. Thank you for listening, and good luck to all of you. I want to lose about 80 pounds before school starts next year, which for me is the beginning of September. That's about 3 pounds a week. I asked Lucy if that was realtistic and she said it wasn't, but I'm looking for other people's thoughts, has anyone been able to lose about 3 pounds a week consistently for at least 4 or 5 months?
