Hey, I think that I am doin good I think that I can now start to change my habits with drugs and stuff. My friend and me have decided that we dont want to do them any more I think that will help so then I dont get the munchies so much. I think that I will see some real improvements in the near future I will hope to lose ten pounds this month N E way if N E one has N E tips go ahead and Leave them that would help ALOT!@@

Hey guys, I wanna be in a size 6 or all the way to a 9 I dont know? I weigh 190 and I would like to be 135. I think that is a good weight for me. When I weigh 135 I am going to start lifting weights so I can build up my arms and legs. I plan to go on a diet with my family. Dose any one know what diet i should go on??? Hey! What's up? I'm Hope. I'm new here, i'm really bummed out because today when i went shopping i never realized how much weight i had gained i usually could wear a size 20 but today the only size that would fit me was a size 24! I'm 5'6 and weigh around 280 i wanted to start a diet for my new years resoulution so i guess i will start tomorrow, but how should i go about losing weight? Hey I have done pretty well today and think I can loose 10 pounds this month and basketball is really helping me. I am 5'7 and weigh 179 so 169 by next month I will be really happy if that happens so then I will be within 11 pounds of my healthy weight if i am 169 by febuary god dang it shoot man it I cant wait I am so psyched well ttyl peace out

Pleae someone help me!!! I cant stop eating carbs and i am on a low-carb diet!!!This morning i ate 4 pieces of sausage and a halfa piece of bread and coffee.....I think that is too much......I am 5'5 and i weigh 169.... I am not happy with what i look like.....if i lost about 30 pounds then i would be a baeutiful person and i am not saying that because of myself but i really think i am pretty just not pretty the way i look now!!! hey guys does counting calories really work or should u just try to eat heathy...cause when i count calories i end up only eating like 1200 a day plus i burn prolly half of that...maybe thats y i get so light headed but if i eat more i wont be able to lose anyweight...any suggestions.

ok so i just weighed in this morning and I weigh 163.8 pounds! sooo since i'm 5'9 i really only need to lose 1 pound to be in my healthy weight range..but i definantly would feel more comfy if i lost like 20 or 30 pounds...soooo im gonna try and lose like 1-2 pounds a week!! and sooner or later i will reach my goal just liek i no all of u will!!!! if you gain some pounds one week dont give up b/c it happens to everyone!!! trust me!! last year i lost 55 pounds cuz i never gave up!!!!

hey my name is kaytee and im 15 years old and im 190...my new years resolution is to lose 15 lbs by march (for spring break)...30 by may (formal dance)...and 50 by august...i started weight watchers today and it is actually very easy! my mom lost 30 lbs using it and i hope to do more! i hope yall loose weight or at least become happy with yourselfs! just becuase your fat doesn't mean you are ugly or unwanted b/c im pursuing a career in plus size modeling, and i have a very hot boyfriend! keep your chin up, because each and every one of you are beautiful!

My friend was going to have a swimming party in December which was the thing that was making me want to do it, but it got cancelled. But I thought to myself, I'll keep going, but I never did. The 10lbs made a huge difference, even though I'm still not perfect. I got under the overweight mark for my height and age, and 4 or 5 people said to me "Have you lost weight?" Which was a fabulous feeling. I also felt more confident in smaller clothes. Anyway, it being the New Year and everything has inspired me to do it this time. No excuses, I need to get to my goal weight, which I don't even know what it is yet! Anyway, the reason i'm telling you all this is because when I was trying to lose weight last year, you were all my inspiration. You were the ones who pushed me to seriously try, and you listened (or read) when I was upset, or not doing well. It felt good to know I'm not the only one who's overweight, and that you're all out there doing it for yourselves.
