Hi my name is Tara i am 15 and i know how it feels to be oveweight and not have any friends or boyfriends. I i about 5'7 and a half and i am 232 pounds. I have tried every diet in the book just about my mom took me to a weight doctor and he told me i wasn't fat and i just wanted to tell him to shove it! But everyday when i got to school i get made fun of either by someone smaller or someone bigger than me. I felt confident with my slef till about 1 week ago when this guy i liked asked me out and then he and his friends took me to a resturant and were throwing french fries at me. if you want to chat sometyme it would be great to have a friend that feels the same way i do!

hey ever 1! The other day i got this book just for teens called " The ultimate weight solution for teens" It is good so far just starting ready it is also has a work out log in it and it's not a diet thing but it will help you lose some pounds it is by dr.Phils son Jay Mecraw. You can get if of the comp or i got mine from a book store for lke 15.95

I have a question. i want to lose about 20 lbs or so before June 1. i am in 11 th grade and in lunch i only eat a LITTLE bit of salad, fat free dressing and an apple. Could that help me lose weight. or is that too little to eat.

Hey yall, I weigh 160lbs and I am like 5'2"...I really want to lose that weight, but I keep putting it off,I usually like to go jogging, but only on weekends. If I jog more often, and portion my meals, will I lose weight?

well i am really overweight i am 5"7 and weigh 200lbs :( its a new year and amd am going to lose around 3 and a half stone. This has all got to be done by around June and if i lose around 2.2 lbs per week, i will be 3.7stone ligher. i'll keep you up to date!  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

In the winter, fruits and vegetables are hard to eat. They are cold, full of liquid/juice, and aren't very satisfying or anything. Plus they make me cold. Then I end up eating breads, crackers and cheese, granola bars, and other less-healthy stuff. Is there any way to overcome that?

i actually need some help. im about 192 lbs. i just cant find a routine that works for me. can anyone share some advice. im glad i found this site because im so tired of only being able to discuss these things and have to pay for plans that dont work, which i have yet to do, but still......

i have always wanted to lose20 pounds and i exercise and i think i was lsing weight then all of a sudden it all came back and i was like crying for dasycasue i hate having a fat stomachi just want a flat tomach i have muscular legs and arms its jsut my stomach i wanna lose please help me
