yesterday i woke up and had juice and a bowl of cereal...for lunch i had a protein drink and a power bar...for dinner i had 2 slices of pizza...i drank water and juice all day

Has anyone done the south beach diet? I think i might want to try it. It seems to be really just a way to kick habits and thats what i need... i've been working out and eating right

hey i was wondering if any1 wants to be diet buddies (preferable som1 around my weight and height) i weigh 190 and am 5"6.5 and would likwe to lose 30 pounds but would like to lose 10-15 by april if i run for 30 minutes twice a week, do 100 push ups and crunches and jumping jack and 10 minute rope jumping eeryday? if any1 weants to be diet buddies reply and ill get bak to you or if u want just leave some eating and exercise tips REPLY ASAP THANX

hi!!k so last year i went to cancun for spring break w/ my sis adn felt super fat.. since then i've lost 15 lbs.. i can tell in my clothes , but i ca'nt tell in my swimsuit really!!! i want it to show cuz my boyfriend and i are going again this year!! AHHH =) but yeah how can i lose another 10 lbs or how much mroe do u think it'll take to show?? i want to lose 10 lbs at least in a month and a half.. but its the " LAST 10 POUNDS" and seroiusly.. no matter waht i switch up it wont come off!! it seem slike the only thing that works is having two meals.. bf and lunhc.. and like one small snack! i know thats bad bu ti still get 1200 cals.. oterhwise i wake up feeling bloated if i have a lg. dinner.. and the weight seems tos tay on. any other advice? thanks so much-

Im just fat i dont know what to do HELP why do they say these diets work and they dont???? :s help help help help. I'm going to try it will be my new year resolution but right now things are happening. I lost half a stone and put it all back on at christmas please give me advice u guys!  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

HEY! I HAVE A GREAT WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT! ITS EASY! You know how they say that our brain confuses our hunger and thirst sometimes? well, when you've already aten dinner and want to have that extra helping of pizza 10 minutes later, just take a tiny pinch of salt and eat it, and you'll be so thirsty, and NOT HUNGRY! and then you'll get fille up with water! And I know salt isn't healthy, but im not saying do it 2-3 times an hour, only do it twice a day if you're struggling! Don't do it alot! HOW DOES THAT SOUND?

man- i've been so bloated lately- i feel really fat- but i've done great since new years and i'm not giving up any time soon. i've just completed my 4th firm workout. here's my exersize for this week so far: sunday- the firm total sculpt plus abs, monday: nothing in particualr(rest day) Tuesday:The firm maximum cardio burn plus abs, wednesday: 25 minutes lower body yoga, thursday: the firm complete aerobics and weight training. i'm not sure what i'm going to do for friday, but saturday i will do total sculpt and sunday will be my weigh in and rest day(it will also be my 18th birthday!!!!!)i haven't binged since new years, but i haven't been doing my best either. the past two day i've been doing better though adding up to about 1500 cals. not bad. i know i can stick to this because it's reasonable and i'm not feeling discouraged one bit...i hope everyone else is doing well!

has anyone tried the grapefruit diet? if so does it work? please let me know as it sounds good. the link to the grapefruit diet is http://www.applesforhealth.com/grapefruitdiet.htm and that tells you what you can and cant eat. gosh what the heck is my problem?? i do good during the day, but then i pig out after dinner. omg. well i did good today so far, ithink. b:banana, L: 100 cal pack, apple S: apple. I didnt really excersise that much though. I had bball for like 30 min. and i walked like less than a mile. i dono? Im not gonna pig out today because it makes me feel nasty! so for dinner im gonna either have somie fish n veggies or chicken n veggies...or soup or SOMETHING good n healthy. did i do good TODAY?

YOU NEED TO EAT AT LEAST 1200 CALORIES A DA TO REMAIN HEALTHY AND KEEP YOUR BODY OUT OF "STARTVATION MODE". ok, i really think i needed to post that cuz so many ppl here think that if they go below that then they will loose weight fast. YOU WONT!!!!!!!! not only will your body think its starving so it will store MOVE fat, but its so unhealthy cuz your body need a certian amount of nutrition to survive!!! 1200 CALORIES!!!! NO LESS!!!!!!!!

Hi, my name is Brittany and I live in Florida. i am 5"4 and I weigh 203 punds!!! i am very self-consience and I don't like to be social because of my weight. i'm not sure what foods I should be eating? Everyday I wake up and tell myself I'm not going to snack and I'm going to exercise but when I come home from school I just don't do either one. what shpould I do to motivate me to start being healthier?
