Hey! I have a quick question. I am overweight by about 30 pounds and have decided to go on a diet. My diet is that I eat nothing to 100 calories daily and exercise whenever I can. My friends are worried about me, and I don't know why. Is this a bad diet to do. I started it monday and i haven't ate anything in 2 days. I get really bad headaches during cheerleading, and it's hard not to eat so I always have to go away by myself when they all start eating. So is this diet ok?

hey! im not sure if i did good or bad! well..breakfast-bowl of vanilla almond cereal, lunch-yogurt (170 cals) and a 100 cal pack, snack-banana, and a pickle (only 5 cals) and well here's the bad part...dinner we ordered pizza! do you think it would be okay to have 2 pieces? that would add up to about 1400 cals. does it matter if the cals are in pizza or something like chicken if its the same amount?? i had basketball for an hour n a half too!

DID I DO OKAY TODAY?!?! 1 bowl of instant oatmeal....1 bowl of cereal....1 serving of chicken....a turkey sandwich....1 bite of a power bar....i ran 1.5 miles of stairs at school for cheerleading (sprinting up, jogging down) and did 20 minutes of abs...and had tumbling/dance for 2 hours

im 15, and ALL of my friends, and even everyone around me at school has a GREAT body, and are all skinny. and my boyfriend tells me im perfect, but i know that if i lost like 30 pounds i would look so much better, and that it would make him more proud to me with me. and i really just want to do it formyself. everyday i get down and depressed when i take a shower, look in the mirror, am changing, and see perfect girls. and i know the excercise and eating thing works, but its still hard.

I just turned 13. I am overweight. I weigh 135lbs. (More than my mom)I put on 40 of these pounds within this last year and about 15 since THanksgiving. I had to buy all new clothes in which my belly just rolls out of them. My butt is huge. I took a picture of myself and I have a triple yes TRIPLE CHIN. As i was standing in front of my mirror i saw there was enough excess fat on my arm it jiggiled. Today at school I had to unbotton my pants. HELP!!!

I was wondering if i only eat like 1200 calories if that is to less. should i eat around like 1500 calories? could i still lose alot of weight. with exercise please write back

Hey guys my life is going to the crapper. OK yeah my dad got laid off yesturday and today i had to break up with my b/f. I also found out i hace faild my German semester exam>I got a 54:( I like german i just cant get the hang of it. I know with the way my life is going i will not get to lose 60lbs by the end of the year like i would like it to. OH well there is always next year :( my 2 bestfriends arent friends no more too. Thats just great aint it??? Ok well I dont want to depress this room and make it sound like it is a room of depressed ppl. I hope yall have a good day!!! BYE :(

hey guys!! i just wanted to say that as of right now i have gone done from 155 to 145!! i know its only ten pounds, but its a huge accomplishment for me!! im 5'5" and i would love to get down to 125 - and im gonna do it!

i feel so bad, i just wana be thin. from the front im not to bad. but from the side im massive!. seriously. but i just cnt stop eatin chocolate. wtf is wrong with me. but im gona change. 1200 cals a day from now on and exercise - which sucks but i no i have 2 do it. anyway any tips u leave thanks in advance!!! :-D

well last night i made a journal to keep on track of weight i can lose and what i have ate for that day. I am eating about 1300 or less calories a day and running a mile on the tred mill 5x a week, i have indoor soccer every saturday, and working on muscles in my arms and legs. also doing ab stuff. i was wondering if this is going to work. i want to lose about 10-20 lbs by june or earlier. i also would like to know if this is good for today, for B: i had light and fit strawberry yougart, and a half of a bananna with water, for lunch i had a tiny salad, with a piece of turkey, and a apple and a piece of roll and water, then i am going to exerice after school probably doing a mile on the tred mill, and arm and leg exercies. for snack after school i will probably have some carrots and fat free ranch or an apple. for dinner i think i am haveing boneless chicken, a vegtable, and low fat cottage cheese, and its my sisters birthday so we are having cake and icecream but i am only going to have some fat free ice cream..is this okay..can i lose weight. please reply thanks

How many calories do you think this is? I'm estimating 1200 / day..but im not positive if like my portions and stuff add up..? Okay so breakfast ; fat free yogurt , small amount of fat free cool whip, and 1/2 cup of kashi go crunch mixed together *YUM!* (400) , boca patty with fat free cheese on lettuce and ketchup and fat free ranch dressing (250) with 1 cup fat free cottage cheese (150) ... 200 cals worth of gum ( bad habit, but im slowly breaking it ) and 1 cup of fat free ice cream topped with fat free cool whip and hot chocolate powder ( 200). So i totalled up to 1200 cals do you think this is right??

I am overweight for my age and I am 167lbs ,5'0..I am taking Personal Fitness this semester and we are starting to do 2 miles a day!..I have only been in that class for 2 days. Today was my first day to run the track..On the second lap I felt horriable..I do smoke and thats one of the probs i need to fix. I want to be active and stop smoking!..I need advice on how to stop smoking and be fit!*Thanks*

PLEASE TELL ME HOW I DID TODAY....breakfast-1 bowl of honey bunches of oats with skim milk....lunch-chicken and fries :x then dinner-soup (70 cals)...i think i make a salad with chicken in it bc im hungry..for exersize i did 800 crunches...diff sides and diff angles...and i ran 1.2 miles up and down the stairs at my school....i also had dance for 2 hours non stop bc we have competition coming up...OH i had an apple today too!
