hey, its kristi again i dont know what to do i cant lose the weight ive tried i run 2-5 miles a day and i play basketball practice almost everyday...ive gained a pound i know it might be muscel but i get embaressed from my weight not how i look...whats some ideas to let the scale go down... i wanna be able to look good for spring break when i go to florda and i wanna be able to feel good about myself...

dont listen to the scale just measure like every 2 weeks you stomach thighs and arms and see if there a difference there prolly is its more important to go by how clothes fit then the numbers on the scale
