Hi, everyone, for obvious reasons we r all here: we want to lose weight. Being fat and being a teenager is hard. So you decided you want to lose weight right? here are some helpful guidelines and clarifications: When you weigh yourself before you eat and then weigh yourself after you eat and lets say you weigh 1 1/2 pounds more, donâ€™t fret it does not count! That extra weight is water and its your food digesting! donâ€™t worry about it, everyone has probably told you this: eat fruit an vegetables, there right eating veggies an fruits are a really nice healthy snack, try cutting up some fruit and put that in a bowl and eat in plain. Also its not called a DIET is call a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, making it known in your mind that your changing your habit of over eating forever is good, I play hockey and fast pitch softball even thou I am overweight. (I am 5'5 and weigh about 185 pounds) you are probably wondering "Why is she over weight when she play all those sports?" well itâ€™s because I eat too much. Cutting back on what you eat is good but donâ€™t starve yourself!!!!! You actually have a better chance of gaining weight than losing it when you starve yourself. Eat breakfast!!! Eating a good breakfast is soooooooo important to losing weight, it get your inner furnace going so that you burn off some calories that you eat. Some people say that it makes them feel like they r going to throw up when they eat in the morning, thatâ€™s because you ate to close to bed time last night, try to stop eating around 6:30, if you have dinner later than that thatâ€™s okay just try to stop eating around 7:30, if you get hungry after dinner drink some water and go do some excersing, if your still hungry make yourself a bowl of air popped popcorn with NO butter or salt, personally I like mustard on mine (it grosses some people out but i like the taste). Be sure to drink lost of water throuout the hole day and during meals, cut back on soda only drink 1 or 2 a week at the max. Also before you go to bed every night wash your face no matter how tired or sick you are, you can use some hand soap and suds it up on your face and rinse it with water of wipe it off with a wash cloth try to do this in the morning also Because when yur skinny again you want your face to be clean and clear right?. its also good if you try to get your heart going in the morning maybe doing some stretches or jogging, just do something that get you breathing harder than normal.
You guys i am not preaching here, I am just sharing wut I have learned over the years. I am currently on a Lifestyle change myself, its a hard journey but stick with it, it may take a while but, you'll be happy with the end results!
