Hi, I'm Taylor, and I'm 15 years old. I just joined this little online thing. I am 5'6 1/2" or so and I weight 163lbs. I would like to lose 20 pounds, but I haven't set a goal date yet. Does anyone have any suggestions on what diet/excersize plans I should use?

hi taylor an easy way to loose weight is to do a little bit of jogging and dont eat a lot of chocolate and sweet things.xx lucy
