well this diet i found out about its gr8. basically u eat fruit for breakfast carbs and veggies for lunch and protien and veggies for dinner. the weight loss is quick on it if u stick to it. its called food combining and a celebrity (she is kinda i suppose lol) called vanessa feltz done it. she lost 56lbs in 12 weeks on it but that was exercise to. anyway byee

ive been comming to this site for a while... but this year is the actually time im really taking it seriously...ive lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and ive never lost that much EVER. so if ur one of the people who used to be like me, saying ur gonna diet but never do... get off the computer and go excerzie u will be truly happy...

Hey. I am a vegetarian, and want to loose weight. I weigh like, 135 pounds and am 5'3. I really hate the way my neck looks, because I would like to get a more defined jaw line. Like, more visible, because theis weird neck runs in my family. Does anyone know ho wto loose extra neck fat? And, is my vegetarianism making me gain weight over time? Please help.

well i have just weighed myself and i now weight 13 stone 12lbs(88.5kg) still loads to go but bout 14 months ago i was in hospital wit a broken knee cap and i weighed 88kg so i kinda happy that i am slowly losing the weight i gained after my injury! (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Hey guys i no i wrote this b4 but i messed up i said i needed to lose 14lbs not 45 my fault can u read it again heres my story!! I have a question i need to lose about 45 pounds because i am in my cuzins wedding and i dont no if i am doing the right stuff!! ok i weigh 180 and i am 5 '3 but i wanna get down to like 135 by may or june first of all is this possible? and this is what i have been doing for the last week i eat like fish or chicken with veggies, tea with sweetand low or diet dr.pepper and of course water and i do 3-4 miles on the treadmill along with some weight training and crunchs each night is this enough??? ooh and sometimes i make a sandwich with healthy choice wheat bread and some ham is this ok can i meet my goal if i keep it up that is allot of weight

hey whats up today i messed up a little and did not stay on my diet. For breakfast i had chocolate donutes and chocolate milk, for lunch i had a cheesburger, fries, chocalate milk and a chocalt muffin. For dinner i had saugage eggs biskets and milk. I went over a whole bunch i cant seem to stay with my diet cause everytime i see food i think i have to have it specialy if it is junk food. Does any body have any advice write back.
