Hey guys i no i wrote this b4 but i messed up i said i needed to lose 14lbs not 45 my fault can u read it again heres my story!! I have a question i need to lose about 45 pounds because i am in my cuzins wedding and i dont no if i am doing the right stuff!! ok i weigh 180 and i am 5 '3 but i wanna get down to like 135 by may or june first of all is this possible? and this is what i have been doing for the last week i eat like fish or chicken with veggies, tea with sweetand low or diet dr.pepper and of course water and i do 3-4 miles on the treadmill along with some weight training and crunchs each night is this enough??? ooh and sometimes i make a sandwich with healthy choice wheat bread and some ham is this ok can i meet my goal if i keep it up that is allot of weight

I'm not sure that is possible. The healthiest amount of weight to loser per week is 1-2 pounds. And thinking realistically I don't think any of us is so good that we would lose that much every week. I know I'm not. You can DEFINITELY lose a significant amount of weight by then but you might not be able to get down to 135. I weigh 144 pounds and I'm 5'4 and I'm shooting to get down to 125 by June 1st, and I'll have to be pretty diligent even to make that.
Don't get discouraged, you can definitely lose weight and feel better by the wedding. Good luck!
