When I need motivation, I just think how great it will be when I'm thin and healthy. Also, I like to make a list of reasons why I want to lose weight and look at it whenever I lose motivation. It really works! Try it! Hope I helped and good luck!

Hey! If you haven't already done so, you could try printing out the "pig-out" poster and put it on your pantry, refrigerator, etc. You get what i mean. Also, just think" a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!!" Just think of what that one piece of food will do to you...and then think...that's going to cause u 2 have 2 go and work it off! Hi melissa. I am 12 and i weigh abou 146 pounds. I no how t feels to weigh that much and i have gained weight gin on vacations and it is like impossible to gt it off. Every diet u tryis like eatinga whole chocolate cake.The point is when u go to an accasion where u tend not to watch what you eat just remind yourself of how much weight u gained last time you went to an accasion. And another thing i also no how it feels to be made fun of cause how fat u r, it really hurts but just remmber its not whats on the outside that counts it whats on the inside, and remember m thinking of you when ever someone makes fun of you and that your not alon in this overweight club of ours. lso remembr that wedefinatly will losse his weight and be proud of our selves. im thining of you!,

This is what you do. You think of a guy you really like. Now you exercise and think he'll like me if i am skinnier. If he is a real guy he wont think that but it is good for you to think that. worked for me

Hey you guys in the last three weeks i lost about 15 pounds u kno how? I got a black marker and scriible the word fat all over my arms and legs. so when i went to the refridgerator when i wasnt suppossed to be eating, there it was my arm chunky that said fat on it.Actually i didnt lose that much weight but it helped me stop eating so much/

Hi everyone, my name is Michelle, I am 11 years old. I use to weigh 230 pounds. But one day I looked up in the mirror and said: Im fat!!! Soo... than I started walking everyday with my dog, and eating healthy food instead of junk food. And in three months, I lost 40 pounds, and I now weigh 190 pounds! hi ppl- do u have any motivational sayings\suggestions? heres what im planning to do. im going to take a piece of paper-on the front i'll put some kind of symbol and on the back ill write all the sayings (im making a necklace) every time i feel tempted ill just read those . im also planning to put something like that on my fridge with pictures of myself :)

Hi Kate I have the same problem and what makes it even worse is my family makes fun of me all the time. You let everyone get to you 120 was a great for you and what you should do is try to keep yourself busy with crafts and stuff so you aren't bored. Also Cut you food servings in half and only eat half. Also excerise like for an hour in a half every day It really helps! Trust me I was 189lbs before I went on this site and I got motavation to do what other people are doing I am now down to 167. I lost 22lbs in 2 weeks doing what I told Just keep it up and you have pounds coming off like you wouldn't belive it. Oh ya DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! I do flavor water because it tastes good but it makes me more thirsty when i drink it so it makes it so i drink more of it or I drink pure water after a boadle of that. Bailey do not be afraid to go outside because other people laugh or give strange looks.I was in like the same sitch I lost 320 lbs in 2 years. People are mean they used to call me "the Big Bluebrry" and scream every time I walked down the hall so when I started to work out I would try to prove them wrong and that is what kept me going. I suggest you get a Tread Mill and pick so many miles you would like to run a week. STart with like 15 the first week and try to build up each week. Now I weigh 135 lbs 5'5> well that is my sucess story I hope to see yours soon Thank You and I wish you luck.

Well i used to be over weight but now i am not and i just wanted to say that it can be really hard to stay motivated but some thing that really helped me is dancing while listening to your favorate cd (or the radio)..it really can be a lot of fun..just try it! Hi! I'm a little heavier than u but i know how it is, im 5'9" and 170 lbs. I also want 2 look good in a bathing suit 4 the summer. I have a few pool partys and i want 2 look good, im trying 2 work on my stomach rite now so i might b able 2 get into a 2piece. Im doing crunches(situps) and walking on a treadmill while im watching TV, so at least im doing something since its 2 cold 2 go outside, i hope ill c results! another good idea is 2 buy a bathing suit thjat u would REALLY like 2 fit into, even though it mite not look good on u yet, and then that way ull have an incentive 2 lose weight, im thinking about doing that. well hope i helped! if u want 2 talk more email me @ churchchickkk@aol.com
