IUt seems like ur doin a pretty awesome job! U go girl! JUst remember, If people quit everytime they messed up, no one would ever get where they wante dto go...SO yeah everyone will eat ice cream or w/e sumtimz but still keep at it, its also kinda motivating if yah think about it!! My tip is to just take it one step at a time. And also if you get off your diet, don't give up. Get right back on track...after all, you can't change what's already happened but you can prevent it from happening again! =D

its ok to have mc donalds and icecream sometimes just dont get it to often... In Australia @ mcdonalds we have a healthy meal like salad and yougurt try to have that instead

stop acting like that. just because you gained 1 pound it is really easy to take off. one day you should just eat salad water and lean chicken then watch you will lose that pound.

i heard that once some one messes up on a diet they kind of say to them selves "o well, i'll start this diet tomorrow (or next week) till then i'm piggin out!" u shouldn't tell your self that, u should realize that u aren't following your diet and get back on track asap.
