sorry, i had to say 13, but it wont let me at 12. i just want to give some advice to teens and pre-teens. this advice is the same i gave to the bulimic poster, because it works equally well for both simple bulimics, and overeaters. my advice is to track your eating for a week or so, and see wich foods tend to trigger binges( for me,its white flour and sugar). avoid buying/eating/being around those "binge trigger" foods. it should help. good luck.

if you eat a ton of food and then throw up or take laxatives ur bulimic
if you don't eat at all and starve urself to lose weight ur anerexic
both dont work u just gain back all the weight plus more

I have a story for all of you that want to become anorexic or bulimic, and itâ€™s the truth. About 2 years ago, when my twin sisters were about 14 they thought that they were fat and decided to loss weight by becoming anorexic. Well it worked; they did get skinny, too skinny. About Â½ years ago, both of my sisters got very sick since if you donâ€™t eat, your body canâ€™t protect it self against germs and stuff. They both went to the hospital and at age 14 and both being 5â€™5 they only weighed 74 pounds. One of my sisters got so sick that she died. My other is now in rehab, trying to think that eating is good and wonâ€™t make her fat. Now of the 2 sisters that I had, one is dead and the other is in a hospital. Please donâ€™t be like them and choose to develop a eating disorder, because your not just choosing how much you eat, your choosing a life that not only affects you, but everyone around you.

Its when you eat alot of food in a period of 2 hours and there's a ton of other things like you don't ike to eat alot in public or after you eat you feel guilty and that type of thing.

i am bulemic. I've been bulemic for 2 months now, maybe. I am 5'5 and currently 119 pounds. I haven't lost much from what i was originally was- 127. But, since I became active in my disorder, I always have a sore throat, I am often tired/lazy, and I don't have the energy to do anything anymore. I often feel guilty after eating, and I just can't seem to stay away from the toilet bowl. I feel if i dont throw it up i'll gain weight. Sure, losing 8 pounds was great! It made me smile at first..but now I wish I never got myself into it cause im scared to tell my friends and family, i hate to know what they would think. I want out. I'm not even overweight. What's wrong with me? Why do i strive to be smaller? I feel the need to be super small. I don't know why. Anyways, don't get yourself into bulemia. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Dont make your self throw up im serious my best friend weighted 175 lbs and she decided to go belemic and she did it for like not even a year and she was a t 95 lbs and she got really sick and the doctors didnt know what it was and then later she started throwing up (by accident) and she started to vomit blood and she died from her throat ripping im serious. Dont hurt your self like that. I cant give u any other tips because im trying to loose weight too but please dont go belemic its to sad to see happen to someone else ever again.

It is really dangerrous to throw up after you eat, you could become anerixc or lots of other things. And staving will make you thin but when you start eating again youwill gain back allmost everything. So you should exercise like walk each night, cut down on your food ( I have to work hard on that part),make a rule about junk food like I do only on the week-end( that means chocolate too), and drink lots of water. It works for me I've lost 5 pounds. And it doesn't take that long if you are set on doing it. You can do it! You just have to believe in yourself. Hope I helped.Bye

Don't dop it! I watched a vidio in health class in it says once you do it for a long period of time you can't stop. Then you are losing a lot of weight and will have to be put on IV so you can have food in your system ( and that probably hurts to have a wire through your whole body feeding you food!).

purging is an eating disorder also known as Bulimia.....When you throw up your food which is the worst way to lose weight. It CAN kill you. Its also really bad for your throat. Once you get mixed up in it you can't get out and one day you WILL recover from bulimia (unless you die from it) and you WILL gain all that (and maybe even more) back! Bulimia is an addiction. Binging (i think) is when you eat like crazy. and Binging & purging is when you eat a lot & just throw it all up! I suggest you leave that way alone and do it the healthy way!

i hope your not balemic! but if u are u should get help. first of all, try to stop throwing up, and even if you not hungry, try to eat, even a little. its not healthy if u dont! and if that doesnt work, tell ur parents! this is majorly serious! i kno its hard to tell them sumthin like that, but try!

Bulimia can get out of control so its great your getting help. Here are some great reasons why not to do it anymore:
The acid makes your teeth rot (gross)
You get bad skin and your hair becomes more thin
It dosn't matter what you look like, people will still think your great!!! If you do other stuff like seeing friends and having fun instead of worrying about your appearance you'll have so much fun!! Good luck!!
