I am very very faat. I way 356 puonds and I am 4 foot 11. My teacher made me go to her office and the scool nurse wayed me and she said I was hevier than her. She told my mommy I should diet. But I cant diet. I always eat candy. I cant run very fast and I go slow up the stairs.

Yes you can do it! anybody can reach the weight that they want to if they just believe in themslves! If you set your heart to it i am sure that you will succeed!

okay heres the dilly. Im 15 I eat all the time! And like I just have a hard time loosing weight. I love to eat. I have a boyfriend who is like totally half my size it makes me feel hella un comfortable I feel everyone makes fun of me when they dont. I wear hella baggy shtuf. Jusst to hide my self. Im 4'11 quite short and 175 im supposed to be like 85 lbs lighter. ANd its so hard. I need help someone with advice help!

whenever I see something that looks good,or crave something really fatening, i just think of this girl I like, and it makes deciding whether i will eat it alot easier. when it comes to EVERYTHING in life, people live in the moment, and thinking of something like that will give you a better look at the big picture.

Ok, this is a post about committment. I am currently overweight, and I have started to endure in cardiorepiratory work outs...but the problem is, how do I stay on task? I tend to slack off because I get discouraged. I have a very low metabolism, so I lose weight VERY slowly, and it's hard...I am currently in a size 16-18, and I guess my first goal is to get down to a 13...then work from there. I don't need tips on how to diet or exercise but of commitment and dedication. I would appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks a bunch! :)

Dear Monana, I am just as overweight as you are. I am trying to lose weight like you are. What keeps me going is to think about how great you will look and this may sound stupid but, I pretend make it kinda like a game. GOOD LUCK!
