Hey! Yesterday i did the eliptical trainer for ten minutes!My goal is thirty 4-5 times a week...but every little bit counts right? I think im going to weigh myself month;ly since this is a 'longterm' kinda thing....sound good?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Ok i have lost 25 lbs! yah! I know thats not a lot, but its better than what i used 2 be. I am now 175 when i was 200! I am happy, and i am 5'8" but i have 1 problem: I have only been eating right, which is why i lost weight, but my stomach is still like it was before i lost the weight. I mean usually you can fit in a new pair of jeans by now, but i can't. Since its winter i havent been exercising, but should i, in order for my stomach and body parts to shep up? If so what do you suggest to do indorrs by yourself? Thanks for the help!

I just cleaned my room and I feel exsausted and i am so proud cuz after that i did 100 crunches and 100 leg lifts and 10 push ups and I am planning on looseing the pounds i ate this week by sunday the exra pounds i shouldnt of eatan i should say. well good luck

hey y'all since jsut about everyone knows that I have gotten the firm for christmas, which video is best? I have the cardio sculpt, body scuplt, and ab scuplt. I kno that I will be doing the ab sculpt quite regularily, since the holidays haven't been so nice to my waistline. OOO and what should i do about the fanny lifter thing, the tapes didn't come with that! Ht. 5'6", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - Hiya people. Does anyone have any motivational advice that will be useful, so i can startriding my eliptical trainer 4-5 times a week? I alreayd dance 5 hours a week, but only break a sweat in three of those classes(the othertwo are ballet which is reallys low movements...) BUT ANYWAYS...let me know if you have any good tips. I wantto loose 50 pounds...i weigh 170 and am 5"6.Luv yall

Ht. 5'2", Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 100 lb - hey guys...merry xmas!!! i weigh 145 and i am 5'2..do you think in the next 5 months..jan 1st-june 1st..that i can lose like 45 pounds?!?! who thinks i can do it and what should i do..i kind of have a plan ok..breakfast-banana apple glass of skim milk..lunch-peanut butter sandwich on wheat and a granola bar...snack- fat free yogurt..dinner- baked potato canned vegetables and 2 cups fat free milk...how much weight should i or can i lose?! plus i am going to start doing a work out video 6 times a week..its like 20 minutes long. thanks!! Ht. 5'5", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I weigh about 170 and am about 5'5'', somewhere around those areas (Having measured or weighed myself lately), and my parents keep telling me that I'm going to fill out (Bone projections show that I'm gonna be anywhere from 6'3''-5''), but I'm not so sure. Is that a possible case here, or is it impossible to tewll, or what?

today is my shopping spree at the mall!yay! lol. but i didn't come here to post just that. my dad and step mom(hate them) got me a really ugly sweater for christmas and size 9 pants(i'm a size 13-15/16) but they fit me and they're nice pants- they're still really tight though so i'm going to use them for my goal. i want to be able to fit in them with nothing sticking out fuinny. oh- and another thing that i wanted to post was that today is m cleansing day- i'm going to try to eat the best ffods for my body and do my p.m. yoga which helps me keep track of what i need to focus on and take a really nice bath with the bath oils my mom put in my stalking and the floating candles my boyfriend's mom gave to me. today will be beautiful!

I am here to give yet another diet tip. Here are 10 diet tips that I am sure will help you. WHAT TO EAT MORE OF: 1) Fiber good sources include veggies, fruits and beans. 2) Nuts anykind are good. 3) Berries they are super healthy 4) Raw vegetables 5) Protein, it is found in chicken, meat and fish it is really good. WHAT NOT TO EAT: 1) Pasta 2)Most Bread unless it is Wheat 3) Soda 4) Sugary Cerel 5) Packaged cookies, cakes, pies, crackers and desserts. I hope this benefits you.

I need a lil help. Well I just gave in to my craving. I tried to be good today but I just ate a leftover Big Mac! Before that all I had was a bowl of cereal. What should I do? Eat a small lunch or dinner or just do a lil X-tra exercise?

Hey I wanted to give everyone some diet tips that the stars use. Did you know Jeniffer Aniston used to weight 30 pounds moe than she does now? (She is 112 now) The way she lost the weight was by cutting out Mayonaise and Fried Foods. Easy huh. And lisa Kudrow keeps her figure by listening to the vouice inside her that tells her when she has had enough to eat. She eats whatever she wants just not alot of it! These tips are pretty easy I hope you can benefit from them.
