Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 104 lb - I am still in 13)14) Juniours.. Very anoying.. At this point I want to scream.. After awhile, I want to get new clothes when I reach half of my goal... Diseny HSM Juniours they are so hard to find in my size.. I wish they made them into a TV show.. I was a HSM nut.. You girls 14 and up might remember HSM 3 Seniour year!! I still like the music.. .. I am really mad. At myself for not keeping my promises.. Oh rats, definly going to start fresh like a flower that comes out in the spring. And track start soon.. ! can't wait!! I hope I can reach 125 pounds by May!!! that when my final meet is and states in June!! for Speical Olyumpus fast runners.. I think I have gained 3 pounds back.. or more ahha. Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 108 lb - Hey! I haven't been on here for a while. So how is everyone? Well... I've been doing okay. Been biking 2 hrs each day! My moms car broke down so I bike up to the store and buy her stuff until my dad comes home. Also been walking my dog alot and taking 3 mile walks with my older sister. I'm doing weekly goals now. I want to lose 2.5 pounds a week so I'm going to be posting my weight on Saturday of each week. Wish me luck :) :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 145 lb, Today: 137 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 91 lb - Here's a tip to help fight off cravings and such!~ Works like a charm! <3 If your craving for food and all. First things first grab a glassful of water and drink it! It'll fill up your stomach so it doesn't feel empty. If that doesn't work and your hand is on the verge of touching a snack. Do what i do , EAT GUM! Sugar-free ones though. They're only about 5 calories and will fight off cravings for food. It is not recommended to do this all the time or you'll stomach will ache. Just for emergencies. As for me ,I use water and gum to replace my big meals. I start off with one regular meal and eat only half a stick each meal. I'm only doing that cause I'm really dedicated to it. The trick is to chew slowly so your mouth works alot. Making it less likely to want more food cause your jaw is tired. Anyways its just tips. Right now I weigh 176 pounds and still have a long way to go. I just wanted to know, how do you guys stay motivated? I mean, my family are the experts on eating junk and fast foods and they don't support me in trying to lose weight. So i guess it gets hard at times. What do you do to keep your mind on the 'straight and narrow' so to speak?

Not a playground of course.. I did for about an hour.. I am sick of my belly haning out in pants. I said enough of this... I don't want to become obses.. No way!! by the time I finsh my homeschooling 3-4 years.... I want to be comfotable in my clothing.. This time I want to stay true to my promises ..... And stick with it. I know I can do this!! I hope to be a size 3)4) Juniours by May or June!! = new summer clothes!! I will defntily go to delia's for new summer clothes!! shorts,tank tops,short carogs, t shrits... But im just not motivated enough. If I am, its only for like a couple of days and then I lose it. My weakness is chocolate. If I have been doing pretty good at what I eat for a couple of days, maybe a week. then I start craving chocolate. then i feel bad after I eat some and then i quit. I dont like alot of vegetables or fruits. I eat salads sometimes, buts its only lettuce, Spinich, with some chicken in it an cheese. thats all the salad stuff i will eat. fruits i will eat oranges, bananas, grapes and maybe apples. I Drink alot of diet soda. I only drink water if its freezing cold or with ice. which doesnt really happen at my house. so I dont drink as much as i should. I ont exercise as much as i should. I've told myself multiple times to get the show on the road, but nothing is helping. I'm hoping to go running in the summer, cause its cold right now. Small healthy portions. She is having trouble losing weight. She is a lot worse then Justine. 386 lbs.. I feel bad for her.
