Ht. 6'1", Start: 466 lb, Today: 466 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 270 lb - hey everyone this is my first time on this site but that is not in portent i am sixteen and almost 500 pounds what should i do i work out eat healthy and still gain what do i do.

Start by walking. It doesn't have to be a long time, just for like, ten minutes then you can slowly increase it as you go. Increase your intake of fruit and vegetables and try to substitute soda with water. Water really helps, especially at the start of losing weight. I agree with Jessica on eating small sized portions as well.....Good luck :)

William first cut your food in half drink lots of water start slow excirseing by walking, you need to eat healthy claories for you hight,body frame, bone type.. Eat small helathy portions you can do it! I know you can !! jog,
