Ht. 5'5", Start: 287 lb, Today: 282 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Hey guys idj if I can do this anymore I can't handle this in top of what's going on at home my mon was ping to take me to get new sneakers but then my dad said he was going to slap me when we it there do I wouldn't get out of the car then she got really mad at drive all the way home and told us to get the hell out she wishes she never had kids or got married I've never seen her so am I don't think I can handle this anymore on top of being bullied at school I cant do this !

Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 143.5 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! So, this week, I kind of struggled because I've been dragged down with schoolwork. I didn't excersize and I ate like a pregnant women. Even though I tell myself this everyweek, I'm going to do better this week. I think, my problem is that I don't eat breakfast. So, when i'm not eating in teh morning and I don't really eat at school, because I don't want to eat the bad school food, but by not eating all throughout the day, i'm so ravenous at home, that I eat the whole house! Plus, studies have proven that people who eat breakfast lose more weight. So that's what i'm going to do this week, and we'll see how it goes. Hopefully I lose a couple pounds! My new goal date is April 1st, Spring Break. I want to go to Panama City and look good in a bikini.
P.S- My mom bought ice cream today and i'm doing eveything I can to not think abou it. My weakness foods are ice-cream and chicken nuggets.

Breakfast - 2 cups water,1 cup 1% milk Quaker granola bar
Snack - 2 cups water, veggies, banana
Lunch - 2 cups water, 1/2 can tomato soup w/ 1 serving Morning Star Farms veggie beef, veggies (Wraped the other half up for lunch tomorrow
Dinner - 2 cups water Veggie patty w/no bun, veggies, salad, 1 serving of whatever my moms gonna make (No bread or pasta!)
Workout - 2 hours biking to my local park(Not yet, but after lunch)
Walk my dogs for 30 mins
I feel great today! Go me! LOL
Still keeping my weight a secret. Shhhhh!!!!
The Super Bowl is tomorrow! My dad is FINALLY taking a day off! He hasent done that yet for a month! I always miss him :(. Anyway, me and my brothers and sisters are having a cake baking challenge! I'll post the link for the cake tomorrow! Have a great day and good luck with the contest!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 140 lb - I don't know about you guys but I have trouble with ice cream and it can be bad sometimes, buy I haven't eaten it in I don't know how long weeks maybe. So today I go to get some ice for my water and I see the ice cream and happily I didn't eat any!! :) I'm so proud of myself, it feels really amazing being to resist it. I hope everyone else is having this accomplishment or are at least getting there! Good luck everyone :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I tried a few Mcdonal's frnch fries guess what? they were gross,, I didn't even like them,, I have a sweet tooth not a salty tooth.. I want to be a girls plus 14+16+ or 18 + is 118 pounds! 14 94-106 pounds. Can't wait for that!! I sadly out grew my Ugg boots size 9 womens it is furtiing I want to last on for serval years. Only a year.. Now I am size 10 boots.. RRR.. They so exvcine !! they cost between $170-$200 dollars. But can't wait for March why so I can get a new pair! of them in navy Blue! I hope my feet will srink as I lose more! if I get to 130 pounds they might! has anyone noicted their feet srinking? because I have heard that can happen.

so today was the start of Meg`s contest, im aiming for 140-ish.The reason i haven`t posted in awhile is my crush Michael moved yesterday and i was to depressed to do anything.im still very depressed. i left him a present+card in his locker (necklase+this key off my keychain he wanted!!!)he wrote me a thank-you note that contains his number!!!!! ive been txting him but his phone is turned off, so when i called him i left a voice mail.oye!he left unexpectidly between periods and i didn`t get my hug!!!! D': but ima get it weather i have to walk to him or not!(he lives like a hour-and-a-half away!!well ima fo b/c ima really tired soo byee!

Walking and biking for 2 hours! So excited today! Going to try to post my meals and exercise everyday until the contest is over.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 155 lb - Hello, all! Here's today's eval. BREAKFAST: 2 eggs, slice of toast, 2 turkey sausages, orange juice. MID-MORNING SNACK: Apple. PRE-WORKOUT SNACK: Pumpkin Spice Clif Bar. POST-WORKOUT MEAL: Vegetarian, organic Mexican casserole. DINNER: BBQ chicken salad, tortilla soup, and garlic mash from Stone Fire. Oh, and 2 breadsticks. And Sierra Mist. Not my finest moment, I know. DESSERT: Homemade pumpkin cupcake (My mom's best friend wanted me to critique him, lol).
Exercise: GYMMM. 2 1/4 miles on treadmill. 1 3/4 miles without stopping :)) Then abs. Upper, lower, and oblique super sets, plank (front and both sides), and stretching.
My workouts have felt AWESOME lately. Dinners have been my low point.
I'm really excited to start the challenge tomorrow! I wish we could make some sort of competition out of it, with rewards and all. That would be so fun c: But for now, it's all in the good spirit of weight loss! Good luck. OH QUESTION -- is there some sort of competitive aspect about it? And how about we do weekly weigh-ins?

My mom had like no time for me anymore (I kinda already knew that but I was extremely angry when she wouldn't even acknowledge me when I was asking her about my allowance). She gives all my allowance money to my brothers who do absolutely nothing to help around the house and I do EVERYTHING. Sorry about the venting session :(. Anyways, I'm all geared up for the contest tomorrow! 145 here I come! :)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 155 lb - Time for my daily evaluation. BREAKFAST: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 3 pieces of turkey sausage. MORNING SNACK: Sugar snap peas. PRE-WORKOUT SNACK: Pumpkin spice Clif Bar. POST-WORKOUT MEAL: Serving of veggie lasagna.DINNER: A few tatertots, 1 serving of edamame, and 1 serving of soy ribs (Morningstar). Along with some cooking snacks, such as a chocolate truffle for a treat, and a couple slices of turkey.
Exercise: I went to the gym. BIG NEWS- I ran a mile and a half without stopping today! Yayyyy. In total, I ran/walked 3.25 miles in 43 minutes, and I actually RAN 2 1/2 of those. Those are records all the way around c': Then I worked on legs- stiff leg deadlift, squat, lunge matrix, calf raises. Stretch.
I feel really good about my workout, and I am also okay with today's intake. Dinner was kind of heavy, so I'm full right now (I prefer being satisfied). But the rest of the day was great :}
