Ht. 5'4", Start: 11 st 0, Today: 10 st 11 (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 10 st 0 - hi, i am a horse rider, so i have a lot of muscle which weighs more? I am a british size 10-12 in clothes. I feel chubby but not fat and as a horse rider who trains big horses i need have a little weight to me but as i said i.ve got a lot of muscle. At school i'm not one of the biggest, i don't stand out too much but i'm also not one of the thinnest. I'm quite fit and good at long distance running. I don't eat alot i just don't seem to be loosing weight. Idealy i'd like to get to 9.5-10 stone in weight. I don't drink hardly anything in a day, maybe one small glass of water-would this have anything to do with me not loosing weight. Because when i'm not trying to loose weight, i loose it. But i wanna loose weight now, is not drinking any water not helping me? Any replys will me much loved, thanky, crystal xxx  (Note: 10 st 11 is 151 lb.)

Ht. 6'2", Start: 263 lb, Today: 264 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 185 lb - Started today at 264 pounds. Not exactly sure what happened. Walked to school a lot faster than I usually do in hopes of getting my heart rate up. 2 bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Big (but healthy)Salad and soda for lunch (definitely won't be able to kick the soda habit for a while but am definitely cutting back from the 6+ a day I was having). Had two Trader Joe's cereal bars for snack (successfully walked past the donut place right near my school, was super super proud of myself). For dinner, we went to Chipotle but I went with a no-carb burrito bowl (but no dessert!!) so I'm hoping that wasn't a total day buster. Went for a walk with my brother and my dad around the huge park near our house after dinner. This is going to be one heckuva journey. Looking forward to sharing my future progress.

Theyre not my age. Can somebody help me? Sort of, be my weight losing buddy? Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - Maddie,Im not really a junk food fan, anymore,once in a whhile is ok,but when I eat it,I get a bad taste in my mouth,I gave up orange and Sprite almost a year ago. My male friend James took the orange soda away from I was on my cup of it,he dumped for me he gave me water instead! I was having trouble resting it,James told me just don't drink it,if your are trying to avoid it,he is very supportful! he not overwiehgt he is healthy weight he does understand my stuggles,I almost got orange soda back in Novemeber instead I drank coffe with water into and tea plain,my issue is I have a sweet tooth,I try to cantroll it,James told me he is proud of me how much progess I made with my weightloss! because when I get a North Face jacket with my own money I want to look good in it! Ht. 5'3", Start: 203 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi everyone. I'm knew to this but I read some bulletins and I just wanted to share. So yesterday my whole family and I started our new diet. Well, it's not really a diet, we're just trying to be more healthy. So far I've done pretty well. We all drink 3 bottles of water a day. We also have structured dinners together, which usually consist of some kind of meat, a vegetable, and some other random (healthy) thing. Also, I jog on the treadmill for 20 minutes. It's so hard though!! There's so many temptations at school and when all of my friends are eating cookies and other sweets right in front of me, I could just cry. Does anyone have advice on how to resist the temptation?

(Day 3 of the M1.12 challege) So again today really sucked,my body wasn`t used to waking up at 5:45 so after school i crashed on the couch,so no execise.BUT I HAVE A PLAN!Tomorrow after school im getting changed goin down stairs jumproping,liftings weights,doing exercise with weights,like row boats,then im going to go up and down my 18 step stairs 8times,then im going to do 10min of jumping jacks,30sec of jumping jacks with aj og rest for 30 secs,then im hopefully if its not bad out side ill go run up and down my hill 4 times,and walk the track 2times but at a jog bounce the second.***MADDIE***if its all right with you,i might try the steps for 5min. idk how many cals ill burn but i google it later and put it in the comments lol.OOOOOOH and bout the Michael situation,he isflirting a lot more :D lol im gonna make something for his locker but idk what,any ideas?

Guys, we all screw up sometimes, but we need to know that it gets better. I also wanted to suggest a GREAT exercise, its called Step Ups and its excellent! I'm already see results!
All you have to do is go up and down stepping on a stair step or chair! And it burns approximately 900 calories per hour for a 150 lbs person, Its supposed to be great for tone up and weight loss.
My new routine (After Sunday, I decided to change it to something I could do at home and get it DONE)
Step ups 1 hr. morning 900
Step ups 30 minutes 450
Walk my dogs 200
Walk to park with my sister 275
Sleeping (Yes, it burns cals) 400
Cleaning (My job :)) 300
= 2475 calories burnt
I really hope I can lose like 4-6 lbs on Meg's contest! Well, gotta go do my step ups!

I am a very happy that you made a change you will lose weight faster then the girls,because you got something that we girls don't have. Drink lots of water, dance in your room, I have done it if it is really cold outside so I don't end up sitting on computer, try it,with your favorite music! I ll be praying for you, my frined James told me just move more,he deaws when bored or strss that a good way to help get rid of strss. You can do it!

Ht. 6'2", Start: 263 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 185 lb - Starting this weight loss journey is scaring me so much. I have absolutely no idea how I am going to lose almost about 80 pounds. Today went fairly well. I tried to cut back on the soda (I usually drink about 6 a day, today I only had 3). I know I need to cut it out completely but there is no way I am going to be able to do it at first. I tried taking smaller portions and not snacking throughout the day (I can't imagine how I became this overweight ;-) I think my dad is going to end up being a very encouraging force. For some unknown reason, I think he thinks I can do this. I hope it works but I'm not terribly optimistic. Thankfully school starts again tomorrow and I won't be sitting around at home for most of the day. Thanks for everyones advice yesterday, I decided on 185 because it turns out 190 is the max for my height/age and I wouldn't mind being a little below the max. But that is a long tikme off.

UGH,not in the best of moods.OK SO HERES THE SCOOP....My hair dying was a comple failure on ice!why you may ask,IT WAS THE SAME COLOR AS MY HAIR!oye!on saturday were getting new hair dye and a much lighter blonde lol!the one we got was 70 from garnier but to see any difference i need like a 73.(numbers are how light or dark it is!)
#2 i didn`t get any exercise in at all what so ever!o.o oye.#3 we go back to school tomorrow again,oye.bonuses-went to wally world(walmart) and i got some note books folders ect.and i got a SD card for my camera,and even better---A ZOMBIE POSTER LOL!but enogh bout that,now that my hair is dyed i can get as sweaty as i want lol,(that sounded really gross lol) but never the less workout=sweat=calories burned=fit me=happy me=non single me lol ;)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 10 st 10, Today: 10 st 10 (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 10 st 0 - hey there, i am a 16 year old female and i live in england,uk. I am in my last year at secondary school. I am a keen horse rider and am pretty fit, i can do pretty well in long distance running. And i am very muscley. I am very strong, i have strong leg muscles and arm muscles, and muscle weighs more than fat i think? Please tell me if i'm wrong or right. I am 141 pounds and would love to get to around 131 pounds. I am 5foot4. I would love to loose some weight, i feel a little overweight but i don't feel really fat. As you can see i'm fairly active, i hardly eat because i am always rushing with horses i skip meals, for example, i'll get up at 6am, go riding and work the horses, then will eat a cooked meal at 2pm and have a light snack at 7pm then bed at 9. Any ideas? X  (Note: 10 st 10 is 150 lb.)

I tell other thoses that are just new here changing your eat habits is important, and also excriseing 30 miuntes a day! I plan on doing 1800 meters and 100 meters which I do very well,soft ball or jump in the sand,I am going to train for the 1800 meters for track.. Track starts in a couple of mounths now.
