Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 125 lb (BMI %tile: 58), Goal: 110 lb - Ok, I may have lied about my weight, but I need to let this out to someone. Ever since middle school, I have not agreed with my weight. It started with my stomach being larger, then as puberty hit, my butt and thighs. I have slim arms and you can't tell I'm large from my face, but I am bigger. It's the worst feeling in the world. It's on my mind 24/7. My friend insists that I'm not fat, but she wouldn't tell me I was even if I looked like jabba the hutt. To top it off, she is like 90 pounds . When I'm with her I feel like crying because I feel huge. So, for my new years resolution, I decided this needs to stop. After a year of googling weight loss pointers, it's time to actually put it in action. I have tried before, but gave up and failed. I go on the treadmill every morning when I wake up for 30 minutes, 2 miles, and until I lose 200+ calories. I also need to change my eating habits, infront of people, I don't eat because I feel like a pig and think they think 'oh, like she needs MORE food'. I starve myself all day until I get home from school, which is when I binge like crazy until bedtime . This doesn't help, since my body will store it as fat because I do not eat throughout the day. I now eat smaller portions , and avoid all junk food. (very hard for me). With my family that is surrounded by junk food, I am surprised I havnt galled for the temptation. I also eat smaller portions, and havnt had pop drinks for 6 months. Its been almost a week now, and I am determined to reach my goal. What keeps me going is being able to shop for clothes I want and to be comforatabld with my body. If I can do it, so can you!

Jenny,that not a good thing to lie about your weight,people will lose trust with you after a while,,Im glad that you want to change your life style!
1 change your large portions to small portions,drink lots of water,
2 excriseing by walking,slow running,jog,jump rope,take a long walk, have snack bars TLC or Speical K bars, furit oranges,apples,pears,banananas.Drink lots of water,
