Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 108 lb - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I weighed myself and I've lost 2 more pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saying NO to cookies and sweets, soda, fried foods, EVERYTHING unhealthy isn't even a problem to me anymore!!!!!!! Sorry for all the excitement but being 149 is like HUGE for me! A year ago, I would break down in tears when I would wish to weight less. My sister used to make fun of me but now I weigh 2lbs less then her, were pretty close, but she can be a real pain sometimes. Never give up and never give in. So excited! Going to take my dog Faygo out for a long walk today.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: 1 glass (8oz.) fat free milk, gala apple
Snack: 5 Ritz crackers
Lunch: Sandwich, lettuce, pickles, mustard, 1 slice cheese.
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: IDK? 1 serving of What ever my mom's making
