Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! so today I have decided just to stop my diet for now, since my birthday is in a couple days and my party is this weekend. Plus, Christmas is coming up and there is going to be a lot of food. But I plan on not eating so much unhealthy stuff, just to keep it in a portion control. Also, I will go back on my diet and exercise on the Monday after Christmas. I have to lose another 16 lbs my June and get toned. But I know I can do it, How many of you guys are homeschool? I am, I go to a homeschool program called western christian academy. WHat about you?

so a couple of days ago i realized that i lost two pounds in like a week and a half!now im 18lbs away from being 125!i completed one mini goal out of five so far,149-145,now im on the145-140 one.just 3lbs away from it yaay!now that i lost a total of 6lbs,i feel like 18lbs is nothing!lol but im doing crunches by the 50`s now,at least once an hour after 3pm,to right before i go to bed.i also do other exercises to.but not getting into that!Well,wish me luck!!!!::Dbyee<3

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - I cant stand why anyone want to weigh 250-500 pounds that terrible,that makes me want to cry,I hide my Dairy because my friend likes to anoy me, she tells me read it to me, I say no it mine and pritve,,I got so fed up with it,that I hid it in my clotest I started to write in my Dairy in my colest,it was all about my love with my friend James,stuff like that, any ideas I can hide my Dairy? it is very anoying,after a while.I even wrote my sad,days,my perison days,at home,I am a very pritve person at times,I am going to get a dairy with key and lock!with it. So I can only read it.I even put my dairy on head at times.. I only ate one bowl of my mom's trueky soup homemade! not canded!

Finished all my school yesterday night so I'm going to hang out with my friends and then walk up to Walmart with my older sister to buy my little sister a birthday gift.

I have been exercising and on a diet for about 3 months, with a cheat here and there and all of the sudden when It gets cold I want to stuff everything that is junk into my mouth. I fell off the wagon big time yesterday, I wanted bad foods so bad and had Chinese food, and then something fried for dinner. But today I have been better, I haven't had really anything bad today even though I really wanted something. But oh well, Hopefully I can stick to my diet even though my birthday is next week.

I will eat sald!with a little dressing,one glass of soda,for lunch at my aunt and uncle's house,lunch meat,mazo,usually,there is usually a lot of cookies,not store bought homemade. Any ideas?so I binge on Christmas Eve,Christmas Day night,there is usually,apztiers,and dinner,bread is hard to resit,and butter. I need help with that,I dont want to reck all of my hard work.From being a size XXL-to a size L! I hope to be a size M Juniours and Missiess,Pites as well.Just want to get out of size L at this point,want to get down to a size M! by January 2012. Ht. 5'5", Start: 149 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 72), Goal: 120 lb - What kind of exercises do you guys do during the winter? I run almost 2 1/2 miles (and walk a half mile) every night, but its starting to get colder...I mean, I guess I COULD still run, but when i wear a jacket i get hot but then when i take it off i'm cold again...haha. plus i find it harder to breathe when it is so cold. Just curious what you guys do? Also, if anyone has been able to get really trim, i'd love some tips!! I lost about 20 lbs in 3 months, but for the past three I've been doing the same routine but I'm kind of stuck now and I haven't lost any more. I'm not overweight anymore, but I really want to be able to be trim & look good in a bikini for spring!! :) Thanks so much!

( that was according to my sister)! I'm serously going to hit him tomorrow. And if he didn't want to hang out with me in the first place he could have said so.

Woke up at 11:15, so had brunch = 1 bun 100, 1 vegetarian soy burger 170, 2 tbs. ketchup
4:30 ish, had lunch/snack = 1 bun 100, 1 Chick n' soy patty 170 , 1 tbs. ketchup
Dinner (Ate my pizza treat) 1 slice pizza (1/12) 200
2 marinara bread sticks 185
= 1045 calories.
I know, the pizza was a bit too much.
I'm starting fresh tomorrow, tomato soup for lunch and light progress o for dinner.

I lost it in the first place, I haven't been doing anything right, because it's winter and it just snowed I feel more lazy than I've ever been. Sadly!

I like to think that i can be the one who “sets fire to the rain”.The one who proves everyone wrong.I will show everybody that i can be the Sabrina i want to be.I know ill be able to do this because i still go on here,if i didnt care, i wouldnt be posting this!The only things holding me back are-snacks,me,and dear old Father Time!=D im ready,i really am my measurements are as follows-waist 31in.,hips 35 1/2in.,thighs 24in. ok so they will NOT move up one bit,only down.Well thats it for now,im going to go do some crunches =D wish me luck.Love you guys<3byee ^•^

Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - Today was my first day of back on my diet and I did good! Had applesauce and some yogurt in the morning, a chef salad for lunch and chicken and veggies for dinner. Also, did my Insanity - which was a joke- I could barely get through the warm ups, but I did the whole thing to the best of my ability. It should a good week! Hope everyone else had a good start to their week!
