Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 154.5 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - Hey! So going to my bff's birthday party! Can't wait! Not going to have any greasy pizza, going to pack a granola bar and a water bottle full of Light Lemonade so I won't drink soda. A little piece of cake and lots of running around and playing interactive video games. Reweighed myself, I'm actually 154.5.
Even better! I'm not going to screw this success up. Finally taking the first steps to becoming fit and healthy. Never going back to the 160's 170's. I could have become obese! I LOVE walking in the morning with my sis. We walk 3 times a day, 40 minute walks each time. Morning, afternoon, evening. I also walk my dogs and go walking when my dad comes home in the late evening to look at Christmas lights. I also do 20-25 minutes of weight training and lifting. Its really cool because I get to work all my major muscle groups and stretch so I feel better during the rest of the day. Really wish I had a pool :( I know, crazy Maddie, wanting to go swimming in the winter, but I want to exercise in the pool.

Maddie there is nothing wrong having pizza once in a while,or make your own at home,I eat one slice usually,it ok to have it once in a while.. Just have fun.At your frined's party
